In today's fast-paced economy, staying ahead of competition has been a great concern to many. The old deal in business has changed. Anger and Your Driving: Use Self

Jane clearly reached the coveted spot first, but the other woman asked her to move, explaining she was 20 minutes late for a doctor's appointment. At first, Jane thought it was a joke, but before she knew it, the two women were tussling on the concrete.
Most people feel angry in situations when someone making outrageous requests of us. This is because our brains are hardwired' to react with anger when we are frustrated or when obstacles prevent us from reaching our goals.
Aggressive driving behavior is due, in part, to a breakdown of an individual's internal control of their emotions in public places.
Other common driving frustrations and irritations that often cause angry feelings and weakening of control include being:
Stuck in traffic while late for an appointment
Delayed by a driver going 10 miles an hour below the speed limit

Gaining control of our emotions and more importantly, our behavior is often a matter of finding a way to change our perspective or vista of the situation.
Frequently, what we tell ourselves is so automatic that we don't even realize what it is we are thinking; yet, our thinking patterns are what make us more angry or calm us by changing how we experience that which is frustrating us.
Example 1: Getting cut off. Someone triggers anger by cutting you off in traffic; you automatically tell yourself things like What a jerk; he has no right to do that to me; I'm going to get even; he did that to me on purpose; why does he disrespect me like that? How dare he do that to me, etc.
Self-talk alternatives: Instead, try changing your self-talk to:
I can stay calm,but important; he might be a dangerous threat to me.
I'm sure it is not personal; he is cutting me off because he is stressed and in a hurry.
I'm not going to radiate and stoop to his or her level; there are many reasons for his or her behavior; maybe he just phoned his boss who said he would get fired if not in the office in the next ten minutes or he may be reacting to family responsibilities.
Benefits of your new perspective:
Increased tolerance and more understanding of possible reasons for the other driver's bad behavior.
Resolve not to make his or her problems your problem. (Remember: it doesn't have to be!)
Understand that getting even to right the wrong of another driver is not justified or rational,it is a better strategy in the job search.
Remember that maintaining a hostile attitude on the road is harmful to society innocent drivers, their families and their loved ones.
Example 2: Slow driver:
You are late to an appointment but stuck behind a gray-haired lady going 15 miles an hour below the speed limit. Your automatic thoughts: Why does this always happen to me? loving kindness.
I Hope Things Pick Up
As I heard these words come out of the mouth of a woman I had regarded as a
friend for over ten years, I felt my heart collapse. Another word spoken,
another relationship broken. I had heard so many discounting things from her so
many times before. I'd tried to ignore them, thinking that surely she couldn't
mean those things. Certainly she honored the journey I was on and the courage
it was taking to move forward,symbolic mind.
Didn't she know how difficult it was for me to leave the work I'd been doing,1873 Ugg Bailey Button Triplet Navy Boots, to
leave a situation that was unkind and unloving, to embrace work and a life that
I adored? Yes, it's challenging and difficult sometimes. So many people admire
the strength and courage that I've shown. So many people are championing me and
cheering me on. So many people pick me up every day with their support and
loving kindness.
As I spoke about this with another friend, she asked me to look into my heart
when I thought of leaving my work and returning to work for someone else. I did
and my heart withered and died. She knew it. I knew it. The challenges may be
strong ones, but my strength and the power behind me is stronger still. I have
not been brought this far to be dropped by my Higher Power and shown all the
love surrounding me to not expect that even more love lies ahead.
And yet, these were unloving words from someone I had thought of as a friend.
The night before I had this conversation I had been at a women's gathering where we were talking about needing to leave people behind who don't support us or who make us feel bad about ourselves when we're around them. It's essential that we learn to "pick up" ourselves sometimes to grow and sometimes to go.
I learned that there are some people I need to leave behind. There are some
people I can't share myself with, even if I've had a past with them and called
them my friend.
I've learned it's my responsibility to let them go with love and blessings for
the lessons they've taught me, for the gifts they've given me. I've learned
that some people need me to play small so that they can feel safe and secure in
their own limited lives. I've learned to let them go with the realization that
I don't need to repeat those lessons they were teaching me anymore.
I've learned to pick myself up by forgiving them and having compassion for them.
I've learned to pick myself up by forgiving myself and having compassion for
myself, too. I've learned to pick myself up with the right words and actions.
I've learned to pick myself up with endorsements, acknowledging my successes.
I've learned to pick myself up so I vibrate at a higher level and naturally
attract,or their government, with grace and ease, experiences of a like vibration.
I've learned that I can choose to surround myself with people who love and
support me people who see me and the vision I choose to have of the world.
I've learned that I can choose to have a circle of friends who absolutely adore
me and the gifts I have to bring to the world,"Eliminate carbs and lose weight quick". I've learned that I can
celebrate life and living every single day with these friends, opening more and
more to the feelings of joy!
I've learned that I deserve the very best in life. I've learned to honor myself
and to treat myself with respect and dignity.
I've learned that life is an amazing adventure. I choose to leave this life
knowing that I've danced every dance, sung every song, written every story,
loved and been loved deeply, and that my heart is overflowing with the joys of
this experience. I choose to live my life without holding back. I choose to
live every day of my life knowing that I am truly blessed to be alive.

Whos Directing Your Life
A New Conversation About Dreams: Whos Directing Your Life,"I want to lose weight."?
While aspects of you encourage, "Go for your dreams," simultaneously other parts threaten, "Don't you dare." A cast of characters lives inside of you and at different times you may receive conflicting or contradictory messages. If you are want to be happy, successful, and fulfilled, consider putting your "dreamer" in the director's chair.

As you turn the volume up on the voice of your dreamer and down on the voice of your doubter, you can practice discernment allowing for greater clarity. To assist you in hearing these voices, let's set up a simple scenario. Picture something you want, something that matters to you. Choose a personal or professional dream and consider how these various parts of you might respond.
Dreamer The dreamer inside says, "What if " and is open to a creative process without over-analyzing it. This is the part of you that imagines, believes in possibilities, has hope, and seeks kindred spirits. Dreamers talk about their ideas with intention, clarity, and passion. Great dreamers get others excited about their vision. And most importantly, successful dreamers take action to make their dreams a reality.
Doubter This voice is often heard saying such things as, "I don't think this is a good idea." The doubter provides concern touting, "But what if " and imagines the worst. If you crank the volume up it can even become annihilating with accusations shouting things like, "Are you out of your mind?" William Shakespeare said, "Our doubts are traitors." Carlos Castaneda said, "In order to experience the magic of life,some tasty morsels, you must banish the doubt." My favorite quote on this subject is in The Prophet where Kahlil Gibran wrote, "Doubt is a feeling too lonely to know that Faith is its twin brother."
Realist "Be realistic " Modulate the doubter down a notch or two and it becomes the essential voice of the realist. This part wants to know, "What's the plan?" including where is the time and money coming from. However, in the early phase of dreaming, you may not know. The challenge is not to allow the realist to immediately turn into a doubter who might judge or obliterate your idea. Honor this voice by (to the best of your ability) giving it the information it needs. If you ignore or reject it, it will cleverly agitate or distract you. Being realistic offers prudence and makes you do your homework but if you are overly realistic or go to strategy too soon, you will most likely compromise the dream and kill your passion.
Visionary This voice says, "Anything is possible so let's dream big!" These are the leaders and people we look up to and admire. They have learned the process of realizing their dreams and embody what it means to be a big dreamer. Setbacks or failures do not stop them. Simply put, a visionary has a vision and invites others to join them. They are found in all walks of life and we are often so inspired when they are in the presence of a true visionary that we sign up just to be near them or part of what they're doing.
A visionary is not defined by the size of the dream since dreams are precious and come in all sizes, shapes and areas of life. If you were living your dream life, how would it be different? What do you see yourself doing? How many lives would you touch? What would you change? Who would you help if you were truly living as a visionary?
Avoid Sabotaging Your Dream
When these different voices merge they can become muddled and result in confusion and poor decisions. For example, you might poison your dream by projecting doubt into it. Then with each step you take toward what you want, you also move toward your doubt. Doubt and fear, which most of us may have at some time or another (especially when embarking on a new or big dream) do not belong in your dream. These feelings are simply part of your reality. This is a subtle and essential point.
Here's a simple technique for avoiding this sabotaging pattern. On a piece of paper draw a line across the middle. On the top half write out your dream with as much detail as possible. On the bottom write out your reality in relationship to your dream, where you are now. Reality usually includes good news and (so called) bad, as well as any fear or doubt you may have. Just state the facts and your feelings about them.
Now, which one are you more committed to; your dream or your reality? We tend to choose "reality" when we don't have a clearly defined dream or when we saturate our dream with doubt. If your dream is loaded with your worst imagined nightmares, reality will always seem safer and saner,No Victors. But doubt placed appropriately as part of your reality, allows two things to happen. First, no longer blown out of proportion, it's an obstacle that basically requires a strategy to manage it. But more importantly, with doubt where it rightfully belongs, you are free to move forward.
It's like a play. All the characters have wisdom and insight, but you can't clearly understand them when they're speaking at once. Take time to tune in, to listen, and on a regular basis, have the courage to give your dreamer its directorial debut or even the leading role.

It's the "thing" the little ones sleep with, eat with, and lug around until it becomes almost unrecognizable. God forbid that we should ever misplace our blankey. It would be absolutely impossible to live without it!
But then we grow taller and get older. We mature and no longer have a need for our once dearly loved "blankey".

The same interference that happens in the air happens in the brain, too, and the overall listening cognition is that of a beat!
Now how is this binaural beat thingy relevant to subliminal messaging, you might ask. The low frequency of the beat in the auditory cortex stimulates, through an as-yet-unknown process, the basal forebrain to generate theta waveforms. And this is exactly the state the brain acquires when a person meditates. The brain, in this state, is now ready to process incoming signals that the beats are carrying - which are the recording of subliminal messages in a human voice.

As mentioned earlier, CDs are available on specific, focused categories. When you buy a CD, it usually has an accompanying MP3 file containing messages spoken in audible human voice, too; so you know exactly what is entering your subconscious when you are playing the CD.
In the main soundtrack, the actual human voice that talks to you does so at so low decibel levels, that try as you might, you are not able to hear them. Yet, the same voice rides on the music waves dancing at two different pitches, and pings on your subconscious precisely when the beats get created on your auditory cortex.

Remember the Beatles' song - "Rain" - that was released in 1966? Stereo Confusion
As all music aficionados know, stereo playback gives an illusion of the music band playing right in front of you - one instrument strumming on your left, another soft-thumping on your right... the works. On your headphone, music streams to your two ears riding on different "channels" that are encoded separately.
In Subliminal Messaging CDs, the sound-recordist uses these channels to stream two different messages to you _simultaneously_. This means that at the conscious level, you get to hear noise ("confusion"). "I have a question about envy. I'm not talking about jealousy but specifically envy and how to be happy for someone else's good fortune. I feel like I have broke new ground on this issue as I have genuinely been able to feel happy for someone else recently who achieved something I hadn't but only after going through some Inner Bonding because my first reaction was shock and envy and it upset my balance for a while,talk to your personal physician. This is a lie that is deeply programmed into most of us. Most of us were often compared to others - others who looked better than we did, or who were better at something than we were, or who got better grades than we did, or who had more friends than we did. Do any of us grow up unscathed regarding competition and comparisons?
It is fortunate that the questioner has a powerful process for moving beyond the competition and resulting envy, but she would like to discover a way to never go to envy to begin with.
The only way I know to do this is to be so deeply connected with your own soul essence that you know, without a doubt, how wonderful you are. And the only way I know of deeply knowing your soul essence is to be able to see your true Self through the lens of your personal spiritual Guidance.
Your Guidance is the higher part of you who knows the truth of who you really are. You ego wounded mind only knows what you have been told - what has been programmed into you by parents,anyway., teachers, siblings, peers, and the media. Your higher mind knows the unique essence that you are, the unique child of God that you are - your special piece of the puzzle that is your special place within the universe. Your higher Guidance knows that what you can offer to the world is unique to you and never needs to be compared to whatever anyone else does.
When you take the time to learn to access your spiritual Guidance and discover who you really are, you will find that you can feel truly joyous for others' accomplishments.
